What is the Pharma K12 Workforce Development Training Initiative?

The initiative targets high school seniors who are interested in working in life sciences. The initiative creates a unique pathway and opportunity for recent high school graduates to be considered for employment at local pharmaceutical companies.

How do I get started?

  1. Complete the National Career Readiness Certificate
    • All Pitt County High School seniors are required to take the ACT / National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) assessment.
  2. Complete and Submit the Application
    • Complete the application by April 19, 2024, and return it to your school’s career development coordinator. If you meet the selection criteria, your application will be selected for a pre-interview screening.
