American Society for Quality, Raleigh Section 

The American Society for Quality (ASQ) Raleigh Section provides continued education and development opportunities to more than 900 quality professionals in the Triangle and eastern North Carolina. To support the growing life sciences industry and engage those working in the life sciences to achieve excellence through quality, the ASQ Raleigh section created this Special Interest Group to encourage professional development and certification. 

Membership Guidelines

Attendance is free and open to all members of the industry and academic institutes. No ASQ membership is required.

Meeting Format

As part of ASQ Raleigh’s comprehensive programs, this group holds multiple meetings each year at NCBiotech with topics of special interest to the life sciences businesses and professionals, including quality by design, quality management systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.  

We believe in a culture where quality and continuous improvement is everyone’s job. The events encourage collaboration among quality and other functions.  Attendees will have opportunities to network and learn about other programs offered by ASQ Raleigh.
