Incubators and Research Parks
North Carolina is home to the nation’s original, and still largest, research park -- the Research Triangle Park (RTP). We know that efficient, well-equipped work environments are key to the success of North Carolina's life sciences professionals.
NCBiotech provides limited access to office space with its Landing Pad program, but NCBiotech does not house wet labs. We can, however, help connect you with research facilities across the state that are likely to fit your needs. Here are a few places to start:

Incubators and Accelerators
RTP helped to incubate startup facilities and research parks and today, you'll find an array of academic, industrial and corporate research parks statewide. Their tenants work on basic research, development and commercialization activities, and collaborative partnerships with universities and research institutions.

Research Parks
North Carolina's leading academic and research parks and campuses provide lab space, community amenities and office spaces to growing and established businesses. These state-of-the-art research parks are built to foster innovation and generate economic activity through collaboration between universities, industry, and government.
