At this month's session, Aileen Wilson, Manager of Candidate Experience at Pfizer, will share insights on what companies look for on a resume. She will share tips for writing a resume that communicates your value and helps you stand out above others.

Aileen Wilson, MBA, SPHR is a Candidate Experience Manager supporting Pfizer Global Supply in North America. Throughout her 17 years of Human Resources experience, she has partnered with recruitment organizations and outreach programs to create a robust talent pipeline.

In addition to recruitment, she facilitates a diverse scope of training courses for Pfizer colleagues and leads impactful projects for the Candidate Experience team. 

Internships are often a great way to gain industry experience, learn how companies function, and find out if the career path you've chosen is a good fit for you. At this month's event, you'll learn what to do before, during, and after your internship to maximize the experience for you and your career.
