James Bullock joined the North Carolina Biotechnology Center (NCBiotech) in July 2022. He oversees financial operations and leads accounting and purchasing teams at the NCBiotech. His groups execute daily accounting-related activities and maintain the financial records for the Center.
James earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
